Strategies Plus, Inc. offers a wide range of seminars and workshops. We explore the different
facets of Customer Service, Management, Marketing and Retail issues. We assist businesses and
organizations in finding practical, realistic, and useful solutions in this ever-changing world.

Greg Saboe is the President of Strategies Plus, Inc., a company that specializes in management
and marketing issues for closely-held (small) businesses. Since 1986, Greg has been an outside
Small Business Development Center consultant. Greg is an experienced presenter and trainer. He was
a part-time adjunct instructor at Des Moines Area Community College. Greg is a certified instructor
for the Western Entrepreneurial Network Start-up Program and The Entrepreneur Program. He is also a
certified instructor for the Fast Trac New Venture and Planning Programs. He is a member of the
American Management Association and the American Marketing Association.
Greg has an extensive business background, holding positions as a commissioned salesperson,
a store manager, a merchandise manager, and an operations manager. In addition, he was a district
manager for a franchiser, and was a corporate director of retail operations for a group of pharmacies in Iowa.
